  • No, counselling services by registered counsellors are generally not eligible for Medicare rebates in Australia.

  • No, we are not a registered NDIS provider. This means we cannot directly bill the NDIS. If you are an NDIS participant, you may be able to use your NDIS funding if your plan is self-managed or plan-managed and counselling is deemed a reasonable and necessary support for your goals. Please discuss this with your NDIS plan manager or the NDIS if you have questions about using your funding for our services.

  • We require 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a fee.

  • Yes, we offer Walk and Talk Therapy as an alternative to traditional in-office sessions, allowing you to engage in counselling outdoors while walking. This can be a refreshing and beneficial option for some clients.

  • We are currently in the process of securing a safe and comfortable physical space to facilitate in-person counselling. We will notify our clients once this location is secured.

  • Yes, confidentiality is maintained, with limited exceptions e.g. risk of serious harm to self or other, all of which is explained at your first session.

  • Your information is stored securely and in compliance with Australian privacy regulations.
